Undoubtedly, one of the most lusted after guitars of all time comes from the mind of Kiss frontman and guitar legend, Paul Stanley. Dreamed up by the Starchild in the late 70’s, his one-of-a-kind cracked mirror signature guitar came to fame during the KISS "Dynasty" era when it appeared with Paul on every stage he played around the globe. For many, this is and will always be the ultimate rock and roll guitar.
Built to emulate the iconic guitar Stanley first took on the road in 1979, the PS1CM is as close to Paul’s guitar as you can get. Like the original, the PS1CM features shards of mirror individually hand glued into a bound Maple/ Mahogany body that delivers plenty of full-bodied warmth and tone. The PS1 smooth heel, set-in neck is fitted with an Ebony fingerboard for extra clean articulation, and inlaid with classic diagonal stripe pearloid markers for just the right touch of panache. A heavy duty Gotoh® bridge enhances string vibrations, while Seymour Duncan 59 model SH-1 and Custom 5 SH-14 model pickups capture every nuance and whip it into a finely balanced attack of warm vintage tone. The Sure grip control knobs guarantee accurate no-slip volume and tone changes, and a custom mirror pickguard completes the job started by its flashy all-chrome hardware counterparts.
Hand-made in Japan. The PS1CM comes with a quality hard shell case and a certificate of authenticity.
